This kraft paperboard hanger solves the main problem with displaying boxer briefs: the waistband slips. When briefs are folded over a standard arm, the elastic loses tension and the product bunches or slides. Here, the flat crossbar is cut to match the waistband's natural width, and each end uses a stacked dual-slot terminal so the waistband edge feeds into the channel that fits its elastic width. A square outer tab keeps the garment from shifting sideways. The result is a flat, level display with the waistband fully visible and product face forward. The hook is die-cut from the same kraft board as the body, with a widened double-shoulder collar at the crossbar junction to spread the load and prevent tearing without metal reinforcement. The full upper face of the crossbar stays uninterrupted for brand name, size, care symbols, or barcode. Uncoated kraft works well with hot stamp and label; a coated option is available for finer offset or digital print. Single-material kraft paperboard, recyclable without disassembly. Custom arm span, slot size, coating, and print layout supported. Factory direct, OEM/ODM accepted.
