Tag pins and staples keep retail tagging fast and clean. Each clip holds 100 fasteners, so operators reload less and tag more garments per shift. The T-bar ends pass through fabric and hold price tags, brand labels and size tickets securely, and the barbed profile releases without tearing wool, cotton, linen or light denim. Standard lengths run 25mm, 50mm and 75mm to suit different ticket sizes and fabrics, with custom lengths on request. Pins suit both standard and fine tagging guns, and staples are supplied in matching strips for the same workstation. Clear and white pins are standard, other colours on request. Pins are made for standard tagging guns and fine tagging guns. The two are not interchangeable — a fine pin needs a fine gun, and micro-stitch or mini guns use a much shorter, extra-fine fastener. Tell us the gun you use and we will match the pin to it.
No — jam-free feeding is the specification we hold. It comes down to two things: consistent moulded length shot to shot, and a clean barb that does not flash or snag inside the needle. This is the single most common complaint buyers have about cheap pins.
